Refund Policy


1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the purchased service or credits must not have been substantially used or consumed. If more than 50% of the purchased credits or service period has been used, a refund may not be granted.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@jarvis.icu with your order ID and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to: task rewards that have already been withdrawn, promotional credits or bonuses, and services that have been fully consumed or utilized.

Subscription fees for periods that have already passed are also non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply when a service has been partially used or when there are extenuating circumstances. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
