Rewards earned through task completion are subject to verification and may be withheld or revoked if we determine that the task was not completed in good faith or in accordance with the guidelines.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
